Brokerage

Oh My Deli, LLC represents several companies as a Broker.
In this type of arrangement, we act as a broker, but atypically, for most of our clients we represent a very limited amount of products instead of an entire product line.
Because of our long term relationships, and the type of accounts on which we call, we many times bring an item to someone we work with, and then sell it on a commission basis to our customer.  We enjoy an excellent relationship with the suppliers whom we represent and ask them to join us in better serving our customer base.  We like to consider ourselves more of an outside Sales Manager because we feel that we offer much more dedication, creativity and upside potential than a typical broker does.

Project Management

We are able to offer  our services also on as a project management agreement either project by project or for a defined period of time. We offer expertise in sales, marketing, new product launches, product development, packaging, and have helped to develop marketing plans when asked

Marketing – Consulting Services

These services can be similar to the types of services discussed in Project Management but are typically limited to Marketing projects. Those can include Advertising, Market testing, Focus group testing, product refinement and Market positioning.

Product Development

During Product Development we work closely with the both the client and our retail partner, if known to decide exactly what type of product is desired. Very specifically we determine Size, Volume, Weight, Flavor Profile, Market Audience, Demographics, Price point at retail, Package Design and any other type of critical information so that products can be designed with accuracy, speed and for success.
As in other segments of our Services offered, we have relationships with Food Development Chefs, Dieticians, Food Technologists and others necessary to bring a product to fruition.

Purchasing Consulting

One of the areas of substantial growth for Oh My Deli, LLC, in the last few years, has been in this area.  We have been asked by several manufacturers, both large and small, to help them identify new sources of supply that can be reliable and cost effective for their particular operation, or a particular need.

Because of our many years of operating across a broad spectrum of the food industry, we have connections throughout the world, and can bring substantial cost improvement and new sources of supply to a food manufacturer.

These business to business arrangements are offered in several different ways.

• We can source raw materials for a specific request or for an entire bill of materials. 
• We can do this on an ongoing basis, for a monthly fee, or for an agreed upon flat fee.
• In some instances, we have been asked to be the supplier of record and do engage in buying and selling if necessary, convenient or cost effective.
